Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino Las Vegas

Welcome to the Cosmopolitan! A grand grandiose Casino and Hotel that opened its doors in 2010.  The Cosmo features just over 3,000  hotel rooms,  many of which have a private terrace to enjoy.  A casino that is spread over 110,000 sq ft; 300,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space; 40,000 sq ft of spa and fitness facility; a 3,200-seat theater; and 150,000 sq ft of meeting and convention space. The Pools at the Cosmopolitan features three different types: a relaxing pool, day club pool and nightclub pool. The Cosmopolitan also has the infamous Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub, which was the top grossing nightclub in the United States since 2012 and most recently added a new nightclub concept, Rose. Rabbit. Lie, where you can enjoy exquisite food and entertainment. The Cosmo consists of two highrise towers, the Boulevard Tower and the Chelsea Tower, both of which are 603 ft tall.

Introducing world renowned chefs, Bruce and Eric Bromberg who bring their vision of true American cuisine to the new Blue Ribbon restaurant at The Cosmopolitan, with a menu influenced on the chefs education and escapades. Blue Ribbon is built on a vision that originated 25 years ago with two brothers and one small restaurant in New York, which grew into a beloved city staple "where chefs go to eat." The two brothers are famously known for introducing signature items such as oysters on the half shell, beef marrow and fried chicken to the forefront of the national culinary scene back in 1992. Now, at The Cosmopolitan, Blue Ribbon builds on that original vision and draws inspiration from the bustling energy of the Las Vegas Strip.

From 1992 to 2010, Blue Ribbon Restaurants have been recognized with a slew of Top 10 and Best Of awards from publications including Wine Spectator, Zagat, Time Out New York, The New York Press, New York magazine, and The New York Observer.

Introducing chef Jos Andrs, China Poblano, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas combines the flavors of Mexico and China to create a ground breaking experience that encompasses both authentic dishes and inspired new favorites.

Sealed in a sweet, sticky glaze with crispy, Amazing bites of caramelized garlic, Ricker has built a national empire on curating the perfect texture and flavor, hitting every taste bud with notes of salt, spice and sweet. Also available on the menu is Pok Pok Wings refreshing Som Soda, a fizzy, sweet and tart elixir made with Pok Pok Som drinking vinegars in refreshing flavors such as ginger, Thai basil, grapefruit, and turmeric.


Authentic Chinese flavors, Red Plates culinary vision is led by Chef Yip Cheung, an expert in multi-regional Chinese cuisine. Cheung utilizes traditional Chinese techniques and preparations to present an authentic menu with hints of modern inspiration.
