You know the New Year’s saying: “Should old acquaintance be forgot, And never brought to mind”? Also, that other old saying: “There’s no better time to party, or is it, It’s time to party!” Regardless, 2019 is right around the corner and Las Vegas is gearing up for a warm welcome. Along with the plethora of celebrations on the Las Vegas Strip to choose from, there’s also the annual fireworks display to keep an eye out for.
As New Year’s Eve gets closer, check back for updates with shows, club parties, specials and other things to do in Las Vegas on New Year’s Eve.
Right now, as we know:


Caesars Palace fireworks:  The stunning fireworks display at Caesars Palace.
Caesars Palace Fireworks Viewing Party
When: New Year’s Eve.
Cost: Starting at $124 per person.
This party spot just outside of Caesars Palace is a longtime Las Vegas favorite for New Year’s Eve. Located at the Spanish Steps bar, the party includes pa rime viewing spot, party favors, and drinks. Ticket packages go from $124 for entry all the way up to a VIP table package at $1,010.

When: Dec. 29-31
Where: Caesars Palace
Cost: starting from $150 (ladies) and $225 (guys) for New Year’s Eve.
OMNIA at Caesars will turn up the heat, fun and the volume all weekend long. OMNIA’s fabulous, 75,000-square-foot space lets you keep the party going well into the first morning of 2019. Gotta keep cool! Step onto the rooftop area, in addition you get to see a great view of the fireworks. Got other plans for the 31st, but want to shake your tailfeather? Here’s the weekend lineup:

The 70,000-square-foot rooftop nightclub is going almost all-week long, with New Year’s Eve weekend parties starting Wednesday night. Drai’s Nightclub features 150 VIP tables, pools, VIP balconies, four bars, a multi-level audiovisual experience and a great vantage point for fireworks, so you’ll be set.

Chateau Nightclub & Rooftop at Paris Las Vegas will host DJ Paul Oakenfold’s return to Las Vegas to celebrate New Year’s Eve weekend beginning at 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 30. The Grammy Award nominated artist was one of the first world-class DJs to hold a residency in Las Vegas, and he’s returning with a spectacular, theatrical performance.

Can’t  go wrong with going off-Strip on the big night. Sip and dance your way into 2019 with a view of fireworks from all over the city. Grab a bite before the party at VooDoo Steakhouse and be sure to order a Witch Doctor for a magical start to the new year

When: New Year’s Eve, starting at 8 p.m.
Where: Paris Las Vegas
Cost: Starts at $125 for three hour open bar
Enjoy views and brews on the rooftop at this outdoor bar at Paris Las Vegas. The standard package gets you open bar and a champagne toast at midnight and you can upgrade to various VIP table packages that include bottle service.

When: New Year’s Eve
Where: Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino
Cost: Starts at $125 with all-you-can-drink beverage package
Ring in the New Year at Sammy Hagar’s place, with bottomless drinks and a patio view. Cabo Wabo Cantina will offer a $125 all-you-can-drink package in the space’s loft, while the patio party starts at $200. The plush VIP package runs $500 and includes the best patio view, a three-course meal and unlimited drinks.

Where: The Colosseum at Caesars Palace
Cost: Tickets start at $55 plus tax and fees.
The best-selling chanteuse behind “My Heart Will Go On,” “Because You Loved Me,” “The Power Of Love,” “It’s All Coming Back To Me Now,” and more is a game-changing artist in more than one way. Catch her at The Colosseum before the festivities kick off.
When: 9 p.m., Dec. 27-31
Where: Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood
Cost: Tickets start at $90 plus tax and fees.
Platinum recording artist and fashion icon Gwen Stefani kicked off her Las Vegas Strip residency earlier this year, bringing hits like “Hollaback Girl,” “Spiderwebs,” and of course, “Just A Girl” to life for long-time fans and newcomers alike.

When: 6 and 9:30 p.m., Dec. 31
Where: Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace
Cost: Tickets start at $99 plus tax and fees.
The immersive vaudevillian show is throwing one heck of a New Year’s Eve celebration. You can catch the 6 p.m. show before moving on to other plans for the night, or kick things off with Champagne at 8:30, enjoy the show from 9:30 to 11 pm and hang out at the exclusive outdoor party by the Spiegeltent, which includes open bar, hors d’oeuvres and a fireworks view.

Cost: All-In VIP Package starting at $500.

Party 550 feet above the Las Vegas Strip and take in an incredible view as you ring in the new year on the High Roller observation wheel. Enjoy the ultimate splurge – a $500 all-In VIP package including a VIP pre-party with open premium bar and catering, open premium bar in your pod, Champagne toast and midnight fireworks viewing. Since there’s alcohol for these, riders must be at least 21 years old.

Where: Paris Las Vegas
Cost: $275 a person.
Another fantastic Las Vegas vantage point lies just down the street at the Eiffel Tower. Experience the romantic ambiance of the Parisian icon, with a lovely 360-degree view of the city. The ticket includes open bar, a champagne toast at midnight, souvenir photo, event gift and parking. Like the High Roller, this event is 21+.
